Today 1.4.16 (9.25am) I have just telephoned your furniture store to donate a large sofa. I spoke to a young man he was the most polite and helpful person I have spoken to in a long time. He is a credit to your organisation.

I have 2 sofas that I no longer need and will donate. They have fire safety labels. Both unfortunately have scratches on the side of the arms from my cats. Would you still accept them? They are otherwise in good condition. Thanks ,
